TERMS & CONDITIONS


For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us” “Our” and “We” refers to theweepingwattle.com.au and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, website user or any person using our website. We reserve the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice. By placing an order with us, you accept the following Terms & Conditions.
 
DELIVERY

We offer a delivery service that covers the area as far north as Cairns, as far west as Redlynch and south to Gordonvale/Goldsborough/Aloomba areas. This is subject to change and will be updated on our website as the changes occur without prior notice. Our delivery hours are between 9am and 5pm. We may engage a Florist Courier to execute these deliveries at times especially over the busy days of Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. We offer this delivery service on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. If you have a specific request for a ‘timed’ delivery, prior written notice of at least 24 hrs must be given and agreed to. An example of this would be a funeral order to be delivered to the funeral parlour at a specific time stated by the you. Another example would be of a delivery that has to be executed in the morning of the selected delivery day. We’ll leave flowers at, or near, the door, or in another place we deem safe if there is no answer when we deliver. We will always advise the sender by SMS of the location of the flowers. If there is nowhere safe to leave them we’ll call you (the sender) to re-arrange delivery. If a second delivery is requested, a further delivery charge may be required.
 
ORDERING

For us to complete your order, we need some information from you, i.e. your name, your contact details, a delivery address and payment details. Payment will need to be confirmed prior to us sending your order. If your payment is not successful, we will contact you to inform you of this and to try and sort it through another avenue.
 
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT

Occasionally, the flowers featured in the selected photo aren’t available and they will be substituted with an alternate bloom of similar look and value. If it will be a distinctive change, we will contact you to discuss. We will make all attempts to replicate the image that you see on the website.
 
ADVANCE ORDERS

In addition to the florist choice ‘Betty’ box arrangement, we offer other selections of flowers that require advanced notice to execute. This is due to having to order the selection of flowers that are different to ‘Betty’ fresh in.
If we encounter any supply issues at all, we will notify you immediately and offer either a full refund or talk through an alternative with you.
 
DAYS OF OPERATION

The Weeping Wattle does not operate on weekends, public holidays and may close for a period of time over the Christmas Holidays. If you have a specific request for a delivery within our closed times, please send an email to chat to us.
 
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s (you) responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.
If the wrong delivery address is given, we can re-deliver, but this will incur an additional cost.
We make every effort to source the freshest flowers every week. Some flower types are susceptible to temperature or weather conditions but you should expect your flowers to last at least 3 days. If for any reason they last less than 3 days, or you’re not happy with your order, please let us know immediately so we can do our best to make things right. We definitely don’t want any unhappy customers so a resolution will be found to bring a smile to your dial! Namaste………

We understand that the information you give to us is personal and respect the privacy of all information collected.
The information contained below pertains to how we collect, store and use any information you give us.

COLLECTING DATA

The circumstances in which we may collect your information include, but are not limited to, the following:
Purchasing products online (eg you would need to supply credit card details for us to process your payment and contact information in case we have any queries). Signing up to, or taking part in Weeping Wattle events or promotions.
Collecting data about your activities when you visit our website or the websites and online services where we display advertising.
For example, the content you view, the date and time you view this content, where you saw the adverts, what adverts you clicked on, products you purchased or your location information associated with your IP address.
Please note that when placing an order we may require contact information for the recipient so that we can deliver successfully.

STORING DATA

We don't store your credit card details. However, we do keep your billing, shipping and order information.
This information is encrypted before we transmit it over a web server.


USING DATA

The main reason we need your information is to make sure your order gets delivered without any problems.
For example, we may email or text you to clarify delivery information, or to confirm your delivery has been made.
Storing your billing, shipping and order details also means you can make subsequent orders and enquiries quickly and easily.

On occasion we also might provide data to reputable third parties to help us analyse sales patterns and navigation techniques, for example.
We also might use the data to serve you more relevant advertising. However, will not include any personal information that would identify you.
We won’t pass sender information on to any recipient unless the customer has actually asked us to.
We will never sell your information to a third party.
The only instances where we would disclose personal information about you are if we’re required to disclose information by law.

ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you’d like to do so, just let us know.
You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. We reserve the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use our site.
